Course Outline

The arrival of technology-driven work processes has had a significant impact at all levels in an organisation. As such, many jobs have had to be re-designed thus affecting job scopes and the way work is communicated and carried out. In addition, some employees need to learn and use new technology to facilitate their work. Such changes are meant to improve working conditions and productivity, yet many employees may not be psychologically ready to embrace and negotiate successfully around them. This one-day workshop equips participants with psychological skills to overcome negativity arising from workplace changes and concurrently build healthy and positive mindsets to continually contribute constructively the organisation

  • A scenario-based segment to assess the demonstration in having the confidence to cope with changes in the workplace
  • An online Post-course Assessment of 7 MCQ questions on the theories and knowledge covered in the program

A Certificate of Competency will be issued by NTUC LearningHub.
