Participants will learn to develop an open mindset in a disruptive working environment and how to step out of their comfort zone.

  • A scenario-based segment to assess the demonstration in having the confidence to cope with changes in the workplace
  • An online Post-course Assessment of 7 MCQ questions on the theories and knowledge covered in the program

A Certificate of Competency will be issued by NTUC LearningHub.
