Vision Leadership powered by John Maxwell - Level 3

Course Overview

Are you rallying your teams effectively to meet organisational goals? When it comes to producing great results at the workplace, leaders need to support their teams by aligning them to act on a common vision, as well as inspiring them to perform well. While fostering enthusiasm for your vision can help to generate excitement and build momentum, creating clarity and connecting personal work to the goals of the team provides a road map to live out organisational values.

In this programme, learners will identify and communicate organisational values and priorities to team members, engage them in team-level plans and objectives, as well as support them in formulating effective team projections consistent with organisational strategies and business goals.

Start achieving team buy-in and build the foundation in your team to progress towards defined objectives. Based on John Maxwells signature leadership series programmes, insightful and powerful concepts from The 5 Levels of Leadership and Accelerating Teamwork have been included to support the course objectives and enhance your learning journey.

Lesson 1: YOU - Engage Team

Your people are your assets. Keep them engaged! Every team member plays an important role that leads to the success of the team. As their leader, you should always keep track of your members personal and professional goals. Both knowledge and awareness are engagement opportunities you can have to acknowledge their contributions, efforts and commitment.

The 3 Essentials Elements of Teamwork is explained in this lesson to help you understand the importance of aligning team members to a common purpose that leads to team production. When you have a well calibrated team, you develop a group of team players. Level 3 Leadership Behaviours are further elaborated to help you reflect on ways you can support your team in achieving team and individual goals.

Lesson 2: YOU - Lead Team

Your people needs a Leader! While their roles can be rather easily assigned, they will need the resources and directions to perform their duties. Your role includes paving the ways for team success through effective planning and implementation of team activities.
