- Developing and Implementing Systems and Processes in Teams

- Adjusting Interpersonal Styles to Social & Cultural and Business Context

- Managing Workplace Conflicts

2. YOU Foster Collaborative Culture

The characteristics of teams within organisations are explored, and their opportunities for networking as well as collaboration are identified. Through the establishment of good working relationships through business connections, communication skills and potential collaborative plans are discussed to encourage the sharing and exchanging of information that leads to team and organisational benefits.

- Characteristics of Departments, Teams and Organisations

- Implications and Impact of Networking and Collaboration
