Certification Obtained and Conferred by

Official ITIL 4 Foundation Certification Examination

After passing the official certification exam, participants will receive ITIL 4 Foundation Certificate from PeopleCert/AXELOS.

Course Objectives

  • Understand and describe the key concepts for creating value for services
  • Describe the Four Dimensions of Service Management
  • Understand the Service Value Chain and its activities

No credit or certification pre-requisites required to take this course.

But it is recommended that participants have at least one year working experience in IT.
