Two-day program to provide the platform for participants to understand the impending change as a result of the digital disruption, how job roles are evolving for themselves and their team. The program focuses on supporting participants to develop an open mindset to the impending change and to anchor oneself as leaders in leading change. The program provides the platform for participants to be equipped with coaching skills to empathise and guide their teams on the change journey

Course Duration

  • 18.5 hours (including lunch break)
  • Day one 8:30am to 5:30pm
  • Day two 8:30am to 6:00pm

Course Outline

In recent years, organisations have introduced new technology to replace old work processes and to create new ones as well. It is inevitable that there would be restructuring and redefining of jobs leading to teams of staff having to undergo some amount of re-skilling and re-training. Such changes can be drastic and frustrating. Thus, the first day of this two-day workshop trains participants in skills to build personal positive and resilient mindsets. The second day directs participants to consider their team members have difficulties coping with workplace change. They will learn critical leadership skills to identify and help these team members who need support and guidance. Participants return to their workplace as a positive influencer and builder of resiliency in current challenging workplace climate.

Mode of Assessment

  • Scenario based segment to assess demonstration of having confidence to cope with changes in the workplace
  • Scenario based Role-play session to assess ability to demonstrate coaching skills to help individual through challenging situations
  • An online Post-course Assessment of 7 MCQ questions on the theories and knowledge covered in the program

Certification Obtained and Conferred by

A Certificate of Competency will be issued by NTUC LearningHub

  • Understand and appreciate the need for transformation in the Healthcare Industry in Singapore
  • Develop skills to stay positive in response to negative situations or manage uncertainties in a challenging work environment
  • Develop flexible and positive mindsets to boost self-confidence to take on changing responsibilities
  • Learn about changes impacting current job roles and emerging new job roles in the healthcare sector
  • Learn skills to demonstrate empathy for effective communication
  • Practice basic coaching skills with the GROW model for constructive conversation with your team
